    Complete 3 sets of 10 pistols each leg OR 3 sets of 20 single leg safe squats each leg. Between each set complete 20 Hollow Rocks

    B. For Time

    60 Wall Ball Shots
    50 KettleBell Swings
    40 Pull Ups
    30 Burpees
    20 Squat Cleans (95/65)

    CORE Series Training

    Warm Up: Tabata Burpees
    Skill: Pull Ups
    WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP of 5 Pull Ups 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats
