Need to access the ancillary programming in SugarWOD, here is how to add it to you dashboard…
- Log into your account via your mobile app
- Click the “wrench” icon in the top right hand corner of the main screen.
- Then click “Your Settings”
- Under “App Settings” tap “Workout Tracks”
- Select the workout rack you wish to add.
- Tap the back arrow.
- Tap the back arrow a second time.
- Select done.
- Refresh reload or refresh your app. The new Workouts should appear.
- Work super hard.
- Log your workouts
- Tell your friends how cool CFLoDo is.
