Bar None is our all experience levels class that delivers an intense, total body workout without the use of barbells. This program is perfect for the beginner athlete just starting their fitness journey, to the seasoned Crossfitter looking to mix-up their normal routine.
Our workouts are constantly-varied, using a variety of equipment such as: kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, slam balls, plyo boxes, rowers, bikes, jump ropes, as well as incorporating gymnastics and bodyweight movements!
