Who are you?

I’m Amy! I started my CrossFit journey in 2014 and never looked back. I have been involved in coaching CrossFit, Olympic lifting and personal training for over 5 years now. I am one of the lucky ones that truly and deeply loves my “job” as a coach.

Why do you CrossFit?

CrossFit will humble you like nothing else can. I love the high intensity and the constantly changing programming.

Why CrossFit LoDo?

LoDo is a special kind of place. I have been lucky enough to be a part of many gyms over the past handful of years, and I can legitimately say that LoDo brings a level of competitiveness that pushes me HARD every single day. The people here are as fun-loving and fire-breathing as they get. Whether you are trying to lose hundreds of pounds, or train for the CrossFit Games, LoDo is the place to be!
