CrossFit is constantly-varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit’s aim is to provide a broad, general and, most importantly, an inclusive fitness that is universally scalable. CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing– but what does all this really mean for you?
It means you’ll always be challenged daily by thoughtful programming that incorporates different movements from gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, and plyometrics, all while increasing what CrossFit believes to be your 10 general physical skills of cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

Our drop-ins cost $20/class or $37.50 with a LoDo t-shirt customized and delivered directly to you! Please contact us prior to arrival, and plan on showing up a few minutes early to fill out our waiver.
If you have been doing CrossFit for over three months at another affiliate, you are welcome to drop into a group class, however, we reserve the right to ask you to do a private session or Foundations if we deem it necessary.
If you have been doing CrossFit less than three months, and would like to skip Foundations, please email us to schedule a test out session.
