CrossFit is unique because as you get better and better at skills, you can continue to add more and more wrinkles and intensity to your workouts. So, going through an Onramp or Level 1 with us is not about how fit you are, it is how much you understand how important your technique is to your intensity.
We have you go through at least 5 CORE Classes with us, or a private On Ramp session. If you want to test out of Level 1 to open up the full schedule, that can also be arranged with a CFLD Coach.
CORE Classes are at 6:30 PM at the RiNo location, or 5 PM at CrossFit LoDo.
Once you are comfortable in the movements, the full schedule is yours to utilize.
