CrossFit is about learning technique and consistency before adding intensity. For this reason, we on-ramp all athletes new to CrossFit through what we call our Foundations series. In Foundations, you can expect to go over terminology, movements, and reasons for why we do things the way that we do in our CrossFit classes. Everything from the basics of gymnastics, to weight lifting, to running, rowing, jumping, or squatting are covered in our on-ramp program. This is where you lay your “foundation” for your CrossFit experience!
You are required to attend all 6 Foundations classes before going into regular classes. Foundations classes start every two weeks and are held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:00 pm.
If you have been doing CrossFit for over three months at another affiliate, you are welcome to drop into a group class, however, we reserve the right to ask you to do a private session or Foundations if we deem it necessary.
If you have been doing CrossFit less than three months, and would like to skip Foundations, please email us to schedule a test out session.
