CrossFit is about learning technique and consistency before adding intensity. For this reason, we on-ramp all athletes new to CrossFit through what we call our CORE series. In CORE, you can expect to go over terminology, movements, and reasons for why we do things the way that we do in our CrossFit classes. Everything from the basics of gymnastics, to weight lifting, to running, rowing, jumping, or squatting are covered in our on-ramp program. This is where you lay your foundation for your CrossFit experience!
We would like you to attend at least 5 CORE classes before going into regular classes. CORE classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 5:15pm.
If you have done CrossFit before, you can opt out of classes with the permission of a CrossFit LoDo coach.
