CrossFit is about learning technique and consistency before adding intensity. Thus, we On-Ramp all athletes new to CrossFit through what we call our CORE series. We like you to come to at least 5 CORE classes before going into regular classes.
In CORE, you can expect to go over terminology, movements, and reasons for why we do things the way that we do in our CrossFit classes. Everything from the basics of gymanstics, to weightlifting, to running, rowing, jumping, or squatting is fair game. This is where you lay your foundation for your CrossFit experience.
