We offer our foundations sessions as one on one sessions with one of our coaches. These sessions are $45/session, and can be scheduled at the convenience of your and a coaches availability.
These sessions will meet what you need to be ready to start CrossFit classes. Most people go through 4 sessions to get ready for classes!!
In each session, a coach will demonstrate and teach the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as various scaling options to get you moving safely before starting classes.
Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are knowledgable in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you are ready to attend regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
